Bio Catcher

The device is capable of either repelling plants and collecting only those on the surface or gathering plants from several inches deep beneath the surface. Additionally, it's possible to attach scissors to the front of the comb to cut the plants, which will then be collected by the comb. In conjunction with a flat-bottom boat and a detachable propeller that can operate in very shallow water, this apparatus can be used in water as shallow as 6 inches.
