Registration includes a preliminary search to determine whether the mark you wish to register could be confusing with another trademark already in use.
Canada only: 1 150$ + tax
United States only: 2 100$ + tax
Europe only : 1 350$ + tax
Canada/United States : 3 000$ + tax
Canada/United States/Europe : 4 400$ + tax
Registration disbursements are not included and will be confirmed once your completed documentation is received.
Our free, no-obligation file opening kit includes a "Confidential Disclosure" form and a confidentiality agreement pre-signed by Byanca Martin, General Manager of Groupe Inventarium.
File opening - Trademark registration
Enclosed you will find your file opening kit, the forms of which must be saved in a file before being filled in on the computer or printed out and filled in by hand. Please return the completed forms to: info@inventarium.com with the subject line "File opening documents". As mentioned, this kit is free of charge, and you are under no obligation whatsoever until you return all the documents to us.
